Color Customization Meta?

I think it’s safe to say that a large chunk of people playing this game are using the exact same color customization, which is Pepper primary with Vermillion secondary. I understand that it looks cool, but I feel like it has lost its luster, since it’s been overused, even since Halo 3. It’s been overrated for a while.

So I ask, what color combination looks best to you in H5? I’m not exactly the “Halo 5 Fashion Guru,” but I’ve always liked a Mahogany-Aqua sort of color pallete, like the second-tier Promethean color scheme (despite the fact that I’m not using it right now).

What do you like best in H5?

I tend to go with blues and violets, sometimes alternating the violets with greens. Teal colors are also a nice addition to the mix c:

I’m boring, I go with a steel primary and a secondary that matches the highlight of my armour ( right now sianna).

Carrot and Pepper. Since my armor has so much white markings on it, I use Pepper, otherwise I’d use Salt.

Primary is Pumpkin and the secondary is Pepper. The armour I am using (Security) has a white pattern on it, which make the armour look bad–Yoink- when combined with these colours.

Salt and Clementine (since I guess calling them white and orange just wasn’t good enough.)

I like soft colors. Usually go with the light tanned base and a black or soft green second.

Have to say I am actually really dissapointed in the color shades in Halo 5.

Halo 4 had much better greens and purples i.m.o.

I use Pepper because Moss is oversaturated and not dark enough for a military Chief style olive drab and plus Pepper gives me the closest thing to a black undersuit.

Black and brick red.

You can have it in any color you want… as long as it’s black.

Because people don’t like the colored undersuits. If they could made the undersuit color different separate from the primary, people will probably be having more color options that you can see in non-team based gamemodes. I just stick with Red and Black. Noble armor does it perfectly.

I’ve used red and white since halo reach, but now I roll with Purple and black, as do all my friends.

I have to figure out my colors once I get the helljumper torso cause it has white on it and right now I am using Salt and Pepper.

Blue Steel and Pickle, the same combination I’ve had since Halo 3

I’m using Sage and Rich Mahogany as they contrast each other very well.

I use a dark orange with a black secondary because the two colors combined with my chest plate form the same pattern as the blood thirst weapon skin for the BR, the same pattern as the clash weapon skin for the DMR and the same pattern as the potence weapon skin for the SMG.
