I got called a ‘liar’ by Microsoft support because I called them and explained that my DLC is missing.
Its extremely shady how 343i has done this. I paid over $80 for this game, more than it’s worth honestly, and this is how we are treated!? Unacceptable. I am tired of these glitches, I am tired of the way this game is being treated. I know your new expansion is a priority, but you have plenty of resources to fix a SIMPLE bug.

CA / 343 addressed the issue, it is an error by Xbox Live. Colony was not removed from the season pass and if he was, there would be an official CA announcement for it. Is this an Xbox only issue? I was playing Colony fine 20 minutes ago, no issues.

Happened on the newest server side patch, it just completely removes colony from your selection. And the only way to get it back is to delete colony in manage game and then re-download it however you run the risk of it coming up saying you don’t own it and that you need to buy it again. Luckily that didn’t happen to me but it’s happened to my friend.

Not sure about other people, but to me Microsoft Support is just not that good in general. I remember once I called them because of an issue with my Xbox where things were extremely laggy and unresponsive at the Home screen. As I ran through my problems and listed to the guy on the other end what I suspected and had already ruled out, you know what was the first thing he asked me? “May I just ask, is your controller even switched on?” Needless to say, I try to consult them last whenever I have any technical issues.
