Colony is here but I have to buy it?

How it`s already standing in the topic, the system said, I have to buy Colony - normally no problem but I already bought the Season Pass and can not dwnload him.

Any ideas?

Same thing happened to me. I was on the phone with Microsoft for an hour and they were no help, they told me to just post here. I just uninstalled the game and I’m reinstalling it. Hopefully this will work, I never had this issue with Kinsano.

Hmmm - after my research its a store issue... Store "cant see" that you already bought the season pass/ or the shp think, that Colony DLC is not a part od the Season Pass

Doesn’t look like we are going to receive any sort of response from the developers and the hour I spent on the phone with Microsoft was a complete waste. Hopefully we will figure it out on our own I guess. Idk why some people can dl colony but others can’t.

The team is currently working with the marketplace folks to figure out what’s going on. I’m personally having the same issue. I don’t know what the fix will entail but it may require a re-publish which could end up taking x hours to propagate again. Hopefully I’ll get some info soon.
