So we get weapons and vehicles and enhancement when we play. We can sell them for more points. But how do you use these things in game play. How do you use active camo or get a weapon?
The REQ cards you get in the packs are available for use in the Warzone gametypes. Each card requires a certain level in a Warzone game to be activated (1-9). When you have reached a certain level you can go to any friendly base and bring in a REQ from there.

Those cards you unlock can only be used in Warzone as mentioned by N7 117 above. Super Fiesta falls under Arena and not Warzone so you cannot use those cards there.
Helmets are unlocked by opening up Silver and Gold REQ packs using points. REQ points are earned by playing the game, but there are certain modes that are better for that than others.

Halo 5 req system explained. Now when it comes to opening packs it’s best to open silvers till they refund two 1500 point req cards instead of unlocks and then open golds. That way you aren’t getting silver level stuff in gold packs. It’s a long grind to get enough points to unlock everything and since it’s a random system it’s best to just concentrate on unlocking everything vs trying to get specific items.

They are more than likely wielding the weapon Prophet’s Bane. It enables the user to become invisible.

Not just more than likely, that is in fact the only way they can have camo in fiesta

Well, I wasn’t trying to rule out that a couple may have been cheating. I mean, the OP didn’t specify what weapon they had at the time.
