I collected all the skulls in halo wars 2 and I only have 93% completed for the achievement.
I am playing on Xbox 1 on the east coast and my GT is mlbnbanhl. I also have screenshots from where the game tells me I have 15/15 skulls if needed.
I contacted Microsoft about this problem and they said thank you for bringing it to our attention but couldn’t resolve my issue.
Can anybody help me with this or do I just not get an achievement that I’ve unlocked?
I myself have not had this issue but I had a similar issue with completing the campaign on legendary and not being awarded the achievement. In my case it turned out that because I completed a mission(s) offline, it didn’t register within the achievement itself despite it registering on my campaign menu options and here on Waypoint. While I’m not certain that our cases may be related, I myself had to redo a mission(s) while online in order for the achievement to register are intended. My question for you as of right now is, at any point during you progress towards this achievement did you play offline? If so, I would recommend redoing that mission(s) and re-unlocking the skull if at all possible.
Judging from the progress indicator, it would appear to me the occurrence would of been during one mission only. However I could be wrong.
If the above doesn’t amend your problem, the only other option is to wait for it to be addressed within a patch.
I’m sorry you’re experiencing this problem and I understand that redoing previously completed mission(s) is an annoyance.
It’s highly unlikely that it unlocked offline but even if it did I have no way of knowing which skull I didnt get. Because it says I have them all.
