Yet another objective idea of mind. Its called “Collateral” and the objective is easy, simply collect as much Intel off other Spartans as possible this would include a word or piece of intelligence like a password to gain access to weapons or vehicle hangers. After you get the desired weapon from the intel collected it will be available once you respawn because you have collected it. However weapons drops will be unlocked via multi kills / sprees. So there is a little bit of difficulty to it, but overall its pretty effective to make the player want to collect as much intelligence as possible.
