Has anyone had a problem submitting codes? When I put an unused code on the redeem site it just says
“Whoops!
Unable to redeem this code, please try again later.”
Are you able to redeem the Rockstar skins and 2XP if you live outside of North America?
No matter your region you are able to redeem codes. I live in the UK and have had Rockstar codes given to me, they’ve worked completely fine. You redeem the initial code on the Rockstar site, you’re then given a code for Waypoint redemption.
Thanks buddy! I didn’t know I had to first enter it at Rockstar. My friend just sent me the code from the tab. Much appreciated.
Any spare codes would be greatly appreciated since I’m in UK and can’t find them here 
Yeah I’m Finnish, we don’t get them here either. Only in North America like 95% of the promos, collectibles, toys etc.

A note on the Rockstar site: Prior to the vNext changeover when you clicked “redeem” for the Waypoint code, it opens a tab to Waypoint and automatically puts the code into the bar for you, just have to click submit.
Now with vNext, it doesn’t auto-fill (I can’t find a support ticket option to poke fun at the front end guy who didn’t catch this), BUT the URL still contains the code. So you can just slap redeem and copy from the address bar if that’s quicker.
