when are these codes meant to go out? I know it was announced and all but that was awhile ago now.

To my knowledge no codes went out. If you had double codes, the onus was on you to enter both. As per the update above, if you entered your codes, 343 made you whole.

To be fair, it was clear it wouldn’t work the way you thought it would.

I thought it worked like microtransactions and the purchase card I got from the retailer does not specify anywhere in no way shape or form that it couldn’t be purchased twice.
i waited 3 months for a single response, I got one that reads as if we will be compensated for getting our money taken. But it seems that is not the case. The effort to rectify this is crap.

I was in a party with a guy and he got the packs a few weeks ago, at least he said that’s what they were.

Sounds like something is happening. But I haven’t heard anything directly, just that update a while back. But still haven’t gotten it.
