You could try sending a message to Xbox Live Support or B is for Bravo, (can also tweet to Bravo) but I’m not sure if they would be abe to reccover it or generate you a new one. Are you sure it was a 5x5 code they sent you? It may just have been a message and gold has already been applied to your account. Have a check through http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure
