Are you talking about a Halo 5 ban, or a forum ban? Difficult to tell from your lack of elaboration.
A code of conduct ban may have nothing to due with 343.

Code of Conduct Ban has NOTHING to do with 343i you were banned by Xbox. Did you send inappropriate messages, yell or cuss at people? You have been banned for that, I’m sure it’s temporary.

Really, it’s not a 343 thing? I hate quitters and regretfully I sent two different messages that simply read “-Yoink-” (p-word) to a couple quitters on breakout. Would that lead to a ban? Seems indefinite, no known length on ban. Other than that, I have racked up countless hours, use my mic and rarely use profanity (I’m old with kids).

That would impose a ban, check your Xbox account over at Xbox.com see if it has more details

Furthermore, if you do not find any information you can post on Xbox live forums and they should respond with a more precise reasoning along with the length.

As above OP this is not a ban related to Halo, this is related to messages your have sent to other users. You can check the Xbox Enforcement website for more details on feedback you have received. For any bans specifically related to Halo 5 matchmaking, we have a thread pinned at the top of this forum for that
