You will be getting it in a message on Xbox Live, from Microsoft. But with your horrible attitude, I could care less if they actually send you one, undeserving it seems.
-Yoink!- has it, not 343. 343 was never in charge of the codes.
If you haven’t gotten it by now, you probably aren’t going to.
You’ll have to wait until the specs are released to everyone early next year, likely January.
File a complaint with the BBB. I did and got contacted by Microsoft directly. I got my code last night.

No money was stolen. You paid nothing for the code.
The code was a free gift for PLAYING Halo between the 6th and 20th, not BUYING Halo 4.
Anyone who rented it or used a copy at their friends house qualified as well.
