I recently purchased the Brute Captain Infinite figure from my local Walmart and got a code with it. I went to put the code in from the figure I just opened and it is telling me my code has already been redeemed? What do I do? Did I get a defective code?
Sounds about right. I bought a ton of Monster and after about 30 extra hours of double XP, they stopped registering for me. I was not anywhere close to the 60-hour cap.
Hopefully, whoever was responsible for Infinite’s launch promotions (oops) was let go with the rest of 343’s publicish firings.

So I am really screwed out of this code then? Its sucks enough I can’t find the promotions for the Candy like Chips A Hoy, Butterfingers ect, but now when I by a 10 dollar toy, I am given a defective code? Come on 343.

While I have had legitimate issues with Infinite codes myself, it’s very possible you are not including the dashes as you need to type those too. Maybe you misread an O for a 0, I for an l or 1, an 8 for a B, etc. I bought some Monster codes and the guy read and typed one of them wrong by accident.
Have you used a code from another Halo 6" WCT already? All the 6" figures have the same type of code for the same reward. You only get credit for redeeming one. Same with the 3.5" figures. It’s best to just buy one of each.
If that doesn’t work, return it and try another one , maybe from a different store. You shouldn’t have to argue with Walmart much. You purchased something and did not get what was advertised. It is also very possible that someone unboxed it (and possibly all of them) at the store, took a pic of the code, boxed it back up, and redeemed the code or sold it on eBay when they got home.
People been stealing them, when I bought mine they just swiped the card completely
Never even got a code

Oh I did not know multiple figures, have the same code, I did get the WCT Master Chief figure for Birthday, so it must have had the same code, as I activate that one with no issues. If that is the case then it is kind of stupid (in my opinion) to have multiple of the same codes scattered throughout multiple figures. I feel they could have had one figure unlock an emblem, on an armor coating, one a vehicle coating, ect, why have multiple figures, give you the same code? It takes away the incentive point of the code.
