It will take a few hours for the systems to send out all the e-mails. Just wait a little while.

I have a question - i changed my email on Monday, the 26th, because I realized the email my xbox live account was linked to was no longer active. Did they create the email list recently or was it awhile ago?
I would like to know if what I did ruined my chances

Im sure the system goes by a Gamertag list. When it gets to your gamertag, it will look up your CURRENT e-mail info and then send the e-mail.
Just an idea.
