So I pre-order halo wars wars 2 infinitive additon. I got a message saying it would take 7-10 days to relieve my code for this. It is now day 12 and yet no code has been given. I have not even been charged for the game yet. Called Microsoft about this problem and they said I own the game through pre order but they don’t send the codes out that 343 industries does. What is going on and when will I get my code. This is not just happening to me but all my friends as well. Please help with an answer 343 industries as soon as possible. We want to play halo wars definitive addition and all new content thay comes with.

The codes are not being delivered until the 20th that’s when your 7 to 10 day delay would start. It’s kind of disappointing because I wanted to play asap instead of wait for install. They will charge I’m assuming in February but idk. No one has been charged or got codes yet.
I really don’t understand why there is a delay? This day and age they should be able to send out the codes at midnight to everyone that pre-ordered

It’s disappointing that I can’t play halo wars right on the 20th
No reason to be dissapointed, lets wait till tomorrow, the official day and see what happens.
I am hoping a code is not required, In the Halo War 2 Ultimate Edition Bundle it shows Halo Wars Definitive Edition there available at 12 Midnight when you click on it

Xbox don’t normal do this other pre-order bonuses like ;(
Dishonered and South Park Stick of Truth was added to the account streight way
