So I got one of the new Halo Infinite figures with the codes for the game inside. I had two to redeem on the site. The first was okay with no problems, but the second is saying “The code entered is for an offer that you have already redeemed. This code can still be redeemed by another user.”. So does that mean that my code could have been in another box and already redeemed? Has anyone else had this issue? Or is there a way to hopefully get a replacement code without getting double figure?
I have the same issue, did you figure out why? Bought my figure brand new from Amazon on 15 January 2021
Sounds like all the figures may unlock the same game item, so you only need to get one figure. Whatever it is the second code unlocks is something you’ve already unlocked for yourself. So I guess you could give the code away or something.

As it says above: if the error message says someone else can redeem it then you already have the item the code unlocks

Not at all. All the figures unlock the same item, so if you bought more than one then you will get that message when trying to enter multiple codes.
I just got the one figure, and the only other code was from a funko blue and yellow spartan, which id assume is for the MP armor color. any ideas? because it just says game addon on the code slip and i got the “this code has already redeemed” so, idk what gives
