Code Already Redeemed?

The product code i entered has already been activated by another steam account (!)

Even after linking accounts and everything?
I got confirmation of Halo Insider a week ago, but was away from home so only went to activate my code today.

the email said if there was a problem to “file a ticket” on support.halowaypoint, but it won’t submit as there’s a faulty drop-down box on the page

any help pls?

I mean I’d be happy just to get another code but :confused:

I’m afraid you’ve missed the flight OP. It was originally only supposed to be live for 1 week, it was extended for a further 2 and came to conclusion on November 18th. There won’t be any more flights put out until after the game launches on December 3rd
