I never got the follow up message to my invite email for the Halo Infinite beta. I looked in my profile on Halo Insider and found a steam code displayed next to the Infinite Multiplayer Beta, but when I attempted to put the code in on Steam it said that the code was already in use by another profile. Did we find a glitch in the system here and 343 is accidentally mailing out duplicate codes?
Same issue happened to me.
There was an issue with duplicate/invalid Steam keys earlier, resulting in codes having to be re-generated and published a few times. 343 have resolved this issue now and distributed new and working codes to everyone affected. If for any reason your new code still does not work, please file a support ticket on the Insider Support Site.
You can check for your new Steam key in one of these three places:
