I received my code to play halo infinite flight and when I go to steam and add the game it tells me the code has already been used. Has anyone else had this problem?

I was told on another thread to submit a ticket: https://insidersupport.halowaypoint.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001711332
You’ll get a response immediately which says they wont generate more codes, but this is an automatic response so I bet they set it up before they knew about this issue.
fingers crossed we can get a new code sorted soon guys!
I received the same. People on twitter are talking about it now so I hope the issue is resolved sooner than later. I’m just ready to be my inner chief.

343 are aware of issues with duplicate/invalid Steam keys and will be addressing this.
