And now, they’re going to steal every little thing that made Halo Multiplayer so great, and right out from under 343’s noses. Next they will reveal run and gun Sprint, in addition to an Arena mode of some kind.
Because yunno, Arena is ‘big’ again.

Why? Why should 343 have to wait for COD to emulate something crucial to the old Halo games, before realizing that new Halos needed to in the first place?
They mean in the sense of expanded movement I imagine. I.e, wall-running and power sliding.
Guns up during sprint rather negates the point of Sprint.
and basically, Black Ops 3 looks like Titanfall and Deus Ex having a baby. So I’m sold.
That said, I hope they ditch pick ten. Its a terrible system that throws too much chaos into loadouts and creates one hell of an advantage gap.
I wouldn’t mind Halo taking in more set pieces in campaign like CoD does. Not the whole game, but a few more bits of exotic gameplay here and there help spice things up.
Yeah, then a lot of members from the COD AND Halo community will get pissed off and start B*t**ing about how Halo is ripping of COD’s guns up feature. There is no victory. They are -Yoink!- if they do and -Yoink!- if they don’t. If people don’t want Halo 5, they can skip out on it. Every franchise has those people who skip out, yet the games continue to sell millions and get great reviews.

So you can ran and sprint now in CoD? Damn. Now if 343 does it in Halo 6, they’ll be “copying CoD” again. What a pity, it’s actually a good mechanic.

Temporary and needing a recharge, to balance it out. The cons of sprint would almost all be gone, and the pros of sprint would all be there.
