And i still got more fun with it than with BO3, which i actually play regurarely at a friend. What a time to be alive.
Well it sounds like you own both right? Then just play more CoD if its better customisation and modes appeal more to you. I don’t see how it is sad that a series with 275million sold copies in total has a lot of budget, development time (3 studios rotating per year) and a huge team behind it, with no big leaps in gameplay at that and a solid playerbase across multiple platforms, so that it is able to pull off more than Halo5 currently and will be able to.
And yet, that “enjoyment by budget” is still totally subjective. I enjoy H5, that’s all I need.

Halo 3 started with much fewer matchmade gametypes, but they had 3+ years before another multiplayer Halo hit the shelves to experiment and make new gametypes.

COD has a competent developer… 343 can’t seem to grasp that concept. They make H4 way to casual, every one complains … and now H5 way to competitive and every one complains

I have owned, played and loved Halo since the very beginning. I don’t want to go play COD cause I want to play Halo. I just think it’s sad that black ops 3 has more content than Halo 5. I mean where is KOTH, Oddball, Infection, Grifball, Doubles, Invasion, Dominion, Firefight, Spartan Ops, Assault, regicide, ricochet and more that are just missing cause 343 is lazy and wants their Halo different than Bungie. I just want Halo with all its modes, weapons and vehicles. All I mean is I want Halo to be the best like it should be and like it used to be.
Don’t you have to pay for the updates to COD?

No cod does not have better customization. Gametypes are coming this month to Halo. And who cares if Halo has less gametypes than cod does? If I get to choose to play a game with balanced MP with no BS and is fun, big and has intense competitive gun fights, but a low amount of gametypes or a game with random gameplay, weird gun balance, broken mechanics, BS specialists (AKA armour abilities) gun fights with no depth, but a huge amount of gametypes I would choose the game with the better gameplay. I loved cod I enjoyed the entire modern warfare series and maybe about as much time into MW3 as I did into Reach and 4 and enjoyed Blops 2. I am bored of cod now especially due its annual releases and repetitive gun play. Blops 3 is missing those intense moments that MW

343 has No Balance Halo 4 was all about Pushing Xbox360 to its limits with Main focus on Campaign Now Halo 5 their main focus was multiplayer and everything else inside the game was a second thought you just need to look at the missing/late features they are now adding and how the campaign was divided. COD have a specified Plan that works hand in hand with their community and Treyarc are starting to experiment with their formula in small ways so it doesn’t ruin what it is to be cod.

I agree about gametypes. That was a foolish decision by one of the lead multiplayer directors (who ever it is) to forget about the other gametypes (probably due to the idea of making Halo 5 arena only competitive at first). However the map count is fine and there are more maps than any other Halo and a lot of community maps are now in Breakout. Additionally Halo 5 should have 28+ dev maps by the end of June. So maps are the least of our problems.

OP is completely right. Halo is a million times better with half the customization, content and gametypes. COD is sad man. I failed to put more than 2-3 hours into blops 3. and I was hyped…

Lol. BO3 has zombies, dead ops, 2 campaigns, multiplayer all at launch for $60. Halo 5 has campaign, arena, warzone, and is missing core features of a halo game yet priced at $60. But yes, halo 5’s balanced multiplayer with its 4 gamemodes are better than COD?
