Coatings should apply to prosthetics and maybe attachments. Maybe have attachments on the prosthetics too (would change the look)

I posted a thread about this. I think they should give it as an option to “apply coating” to various armor attachments, helmet attachments (Gungnir), and even armor pieces like the Elite Shoulders. I think the prosthetics is another layer to it. Some people may want it to just look like bare metal, and then others want the coating applied. But I agree, if I bought the Sentinels coating but run a prosthetic on the defining red arm, it is absent.

So yes, 343 should allow us the option to apply the coating to various attachments, prosthetics, and specific armor pieces like the elite shoulders. (I don’t want a painted yellow skull on my arm just cause that is what the coating applies. I want a bone colored skull.)

Would be great to not have all the attachments just be black. All for changing them and the prosthetics.

Would be helpful if we could apply a super basic colour palette to the Spartan.

Oh yeah, I wouldn’t want it on the skull piece in most cases. Gold, Silver or Chrome might look sick though. Maybe even turn it into a crystal skull like Indiana Jones :smiley:

Yeah. Armour has at the attachment section. It could be within the glove section to apply colour and attachments to the prosthetics

I would prefer the attachments to have separate coatings that we can choose from to actually make unique combinations with the armor.

As an option, please. I prefer the monotone grey in areas such as chest attachments, helmet attachments, and prosthetics, even if I don’t use them.

I do not want my right arm forced to be a particular color thank you. But I want to be able to choose the type of arm I use. Since each armor core has its own type.

more customisation is always better, as long as it’s options are the players choice and not forced

Should have a toggle for prosthetics and attachments. Best of both worlds.

Or better yet, a toggle on each individual attachment / limb. Apply Coating: Yes/No

Even better, prosthetics should be able to apply coatings individually of armor.

But don’t make a new “prosthetic coating” item… Coating bloat is already a problem with the unlock systems in this game. If anything coatings should all be consolidated. A coating is just a coating, and you should be able to put it on anything you want. The limitation that we can’t was put in purposefully by 343 and should be removed, because as far as the graphics engine is concerned an armor coating could be applied to anything.
