I see all these posts about matchmaking, but I’m having issues with Co-Op as well. I can invite friends, it looks like they join the game but still only lists 1/16 on my roster. I am unable to use the “join game” feature also. Anybody else having similar issues? Any work around discovered? I have not seen anything from 343i on the CO-OP. If there any posts I’m missing please link them. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Both of you should restart your game. That has always fixed it for me.
Yep had this heaps. Also had it where a friend invites me and I accept, then he gets added to my game and I’m host.
Both restarting helps, although not every time.
I am having a TON of co-op issues as well.
It will work fine for a while and then we hit a span of 45 minute to an hour where it would kick me, or my partner. Or freeze, or not start the mission.
Restarting does help, but this really needs to be addressed as well.
In addition we had issues doing legendary with the non-scoring skulls on. We had the Scarb one on (sooo much fun) but everytime one of us died it would respawn us both at the last checkpoint like the Iron skull was on. But it was not.
Thanks for the information all. I sure hope 343 is looking into this as well.
