Co-op to solo differences.

So I played the campaign in co-op with my buddy when reach came out on normal. I am now playing it solo on normal. I noticed that it seems easier in solo like it feels like there are less enemies and easier enemies to defeat. So my question to you is are there less enemies and easier enemies on solo over co-op or is it just getting better from playing more and more.

The only difference I know of for certain is that in co-op, there are a few more enemies here and there.

Example: At the end of Winter Contingency, when you get to the junction area where you fight the Zealots, there is a third Zealot along with the original two you have to fight. This third Zealot is not present in solo play.

yea I played solo on normal and I only remember seeing one unless i killed the other one and not remembering it.

It depends if your playing normal you will only see 2 zealots if your playing legendary you will see a handful I beat all halo games on legendary I am a halo master

Well, most games tends to “up” the enemies if you play co-op. More HP, more damage and more enemies to make it challenging, however it’s hard to balance it and often you’ll find it easier on co-op (with a friend going rambo that is).
Borderlands managed to balance it really good, but then again it’s an A-RPG and not a FPS ^^

On normal, solo is easier, but on heroic/legendary a friend extra is worth 10 enemies in the field…
