Co-Op Option for Campaign?

I know this will get some hate. I do not want them delaying the game… I’m dying to play a new halo game, but I want to think of solutions rather than complaining and dividing the community. AND as an avid fan of Forge and Co-Op Campaign, id rather play the game, than Not, I mean, 3 months, not bad, but some have been waiting since 2018 to play. When they started teasing it… I think if they could get more workers on it, maybe they could get more work done… ANYWAY! On to my point.
SO, I get the campaign co-op being delayed for the fact that it is basically open world-ish and that can be hard to work with players with individual objectives and all that.

HERE is a potential solution: a lot of games like this, leave it to the HOST to pick Objectives. Let the Host pick the missions, and let players place waypoints or even take on the other objectives (if there are multiple tasks to do, or multiple locations to do them at)
IF FREAKING GENSHIN IMPACT can do 4 player Open World Roaming, it shouldn’t be too hard for Halo to do it, since Halo has more funding.
Another potential solution would either be to limit the objectives, teleport players to the Host if they get to far, or to limit the co-op. I assume it was meant to be for 4 players… limit it to 2 only for campaign. Might be easier to maintain while you workshop it to 4 players, that way the total hype wont die.

I think that there is a potential for a large number of players to fall off the bandwagon if you delay it and if you don’t.
I do think it isn’t halo without forge or co-op campaign. But if there are other co-op modes, I think it might be fine…
However, It will be tricky since it seems the community is pretty evenly divided…
The other thing is players would have to wait to buy it, either way
one side that wants the game soon, 2021, will have to wait to buy it if it is delayed
and those that want forge and co-op campaign will have to wait 3-6 months for their modes to be release, meaning they will buy it later…
However, I still think if they worked hard enough, they have had a few years to work this out… it should still be a 2021 and they could still at least get the co-op campaign in.
Maybe complain to Microsoft to give them more funding to hire more people? hahaha… don’t do that…

Last option would be to ONLY release the PvP and delay the paid game, which really wouldn’t be smart to do either… But I leave it to 343i…
Instead of complaining like I see a lot of people doing, I am trying to help and make potential solution ideas. I’d be interested in any other solutions besides delaying the game from other community members.

wow i’m sure they thought of none of this and would have the game done in time if you worked there bro. thank you so much for sharing your thoughts I hope the devs read this. halo infinite is saved! these are really new ideas for halo like only having 2 player co op and teleporting to p1, this kind of new thinking would totally get the game back on track ! you seem to really know what you’re saying I hope 343 hires you bro.

There is only one solution that works.

Release the SinglePlayer Campaign and Multiplayer THIS YEAR as planned.

And if some don’t like it than TOO YOINKING BAD!

Those saying to delay it have already admitted they can wait for Coop and Forge when they are actually completed. The very fact they want to delay it proves I am right about that.

But they better not delay the parts that are ready just because of those things A Ton of people including me won’t even touch! (Unless they confirm we can play with the AI Bots on Forge Maps)

Seems to me they’re being forced to meet a Holiday 2021 launch, so it stands to reason co-op fans should be happier with delayed co-op instead of buggy and broken co-op. I’m sure if they expected to be able to solve the issues with co-op before launch they would do so, so clearly it’s not a simple issue.

Exactly!
All I am saying is DON’T delay the rest of the game because of that.
