Co-op offline campaign beta?

Hi, I want to share my opinion and I Hope you can do agree with me.
I bought Halo Infinite and now I’m playing its campaign. I love It, It’s interesting and Zeta Halo have a good map with secondary missions.
I think this: Halo Infinite Is the worst game in the saga when you delete a co-op split-screen campaign because its extra missions and its open maps can give us much funny time with a friend near us, play togheter in the same screen.
I see a lot of videos with an unofficial trick for play co-op split screen, and its can playable well… so this mode was near to finish before its deletion.
I understand team 343 position and I hope they can do better, but if this co-op split-screen mode Is in game code can you do It visible in menù? Maybe in beta if It isn’t complete, example: Split-Screen (beta).

Well 343 had a lot of problems with co-op i general because not only would you have to display the map on 1 persons screen but you would have to do it for 3 others and any action done by one has to affect all of them and that takes a lot of coding. But split screen is even harder because then you need all of that coding to happen twice on the same console/screen. I think 343 got too ambitious and it ended up hurting them in the long run.
