We completed Halo 3 LASO and my co-op partner doesn’t have the achievement, or nameplate. It says all missions are completed for him in the playlist. We have tried re-running missions, did the epilogue, and ect too. Any fixes so he can have his hard work not feel pointless?

I’m presuming you were hosting and he wasn’t? Unfortunately very occasionally this can happen and unfortunately the only way to fix is to play back through with the other host.
It happened to me on my ODST LASO run - though fortunately that was when the checkpoint glitch was still a thing so someone was able to help me

I submitted a ticket, and hopefully 343 responds. I would hate to go through LASO games again.
