So, is there even going to be crossplay for campaign co-op? I am just wanting to make sure. Because my friend and I were wanting to play the campaigns together, but my friend is on Xbox Series X and I’m on PC.
All I want to know is if it’s actually coming or not. I don’t really need a release date, or anything. I just want to make sure it is still happening.

That’s for Infinite, not MCC.
For MCC at present, there still doesn’t appear to be any immediate plans in the future for campaign crossplay.

Unfortunately, Halo Infinite has supreme priority than MCC, so maybe MCC shall be updated on June (Six months as an estimation) or may be annual update as well
The on going and future of MCC is uncertainly since we are on March, so we just accept this hillarious scenario …
