It’s been missing ever since Halo: Reach, with Spartan Ops from Halo 4 (Xbox 360) being the last to include it.
If you could bring this feature to Infinite for us solo players, that would be great
because sitting alone in the flight build with no one to play co-op campaign with is not great.
This should be a no brainer to include something like this in a future update, but I hear no talks about it.
Without matchmaking, co-op is useless to me, and if we haven’t heard about it, and there’s no discussion about it, it won’t happen, they don’t know how. Reading some of the problems people are experiencing in the co-op beta, the co-op situation doesn’t look promising anyhow… 343 is literally behaving like a indie start-up company.

I’m just more or less disappointed and surprised that even Halo Content creators didn’t bring this up, you’re making an online only co-op feature and matchmaking for other players solo doesn’t pop into mind?
While it sounds good on the surface if I remember correctly it never made it to another game because of the reports of trolling and what not. But let’s just get cop op and even the ability to replay missions in a campaign. It’s pretty sad we pretty much had more features in our games, on last gen and even first gen consoles! Most powerful console ever and can’t even replay a mission on campaign…SMH… I have started a legendary run on Infinite campaign but once it is done I probably will delete Infinite from my Xbox and just stick with the superior MCC. Infinite a ten year platform, laughable.
You’ll always run into trolls, firefight was given matchmaking in MCC, moving forward with co-op finally coming back, I see no reason they can’t add this into the game.
