Co-op Campaign Flighting question

So if you get picked for campaign co-op flight… can you invite your friends that aren’t insiders and play with them?

We don’t know yet. They haven’t sent out the invites yet as far as I know. We won’t get them until next month… which is in a couple days, but that doesn’t mean we’ll be receiving them within a week.

I have a question too; is there much of an audience left that gives two shakes of a stick about co-op at this point? How many people out there have held out this long not playing the campaign? This feature should have launched with the game, with achievements and rewards to go along with it, at this point it feels like wasted effort for something that is absolutely necessary to the Halo experience. Strange and dark times for Halo fans.

I think the reason why Co-Op wasn’t in the game to begin with is that since this game is an open world experience, each enemy encounter would have to be adjusted to deal with the damage output of 2-4 players.

After all, Heroic with 4 players is quite easy to say the least.
Or what happens if you split up to tackle separate side objectives? Player 3 buggers off to go save some Marines, Player 2 and 4 go to take out an HVT. And Player 1 secures a FOB?

I know I’m a rare case, but I haven’t played campaign yet. Im not willing to spend 60$ on a game that includes significantly less content than it’s predecessors. I’ve been holding out for a $30 price tag or co-op inclusion at least.

That’s understandable. I got the campaign for a friend, but I never had to pay for the campaign for myself because I have gamepass. We’ve been waiting for a very long time now for something that should’ve been there on day one which of course we all knew wouldn’t be. And yet we wait…

A $30 sale wouldn’t surprise me at this point.

Well I guess we’ll find out in about a week.
