I don’t have lot of friends on live so having matchmaking for campain and the playlists would be cool…I want to get some achievements that way but can’t due to no one wanting to join my party.

They added this for Reach and it was indeed a wonderful feature. I doubt it will ever happen with TMCC.
They did have it for Spartan Ops in Halo 4, but not in MCC.
Don’t get too excited. Even having friends for co-op campaign doesn’t help. My buddy and I get into a Halo 1 and 2 campaigns and get booted usually within 5 minutes of it starting. Then we also go into the slow motion Halo 3. Then, for Halo 4, we also get disconnected about halfway through a co-op mission. This is across the board, so matchmaking process with it would be very frustrating.
