Cloud gaming for multiplayer

Hey guys, is there anyway to play multiplayer via cloud gaming without the console. I see campaign but no option for the multiplayer via cloud gaming without the console.

Thoughts?

God I hope not. The technology is not ready for that. Especially on Halo where desync is a massive issue as is.

I just want to be able to log into the shop to get the HCS bundle

the “campaign” has the whole package

Well I place low onyx on my console, when I played cloud in past dl/ul 400/40 speeds, I play more like a platinum player I’d say. Usually top 1-2 in any given match to worst player in the match So in theory top 2% down to somewhere in top 50% I’d say. Pretty big drop.

Game is already bad enough it feels like randomly - 20 ping feels different game to game for instance. And 20 ping in infinite feels like 80 ping in apex.

So I wouldn’t bother to be honest.

Until internet ISPs start offering worldwide fast internet without throttling I doubt you’ll be seeing MP games widely adopt cloud gaming officially. Probably some sort of solution through third party cloud services id imagine.

Why not? I played on xcloud when I had COVID and it worked 98% fine

Because you are asking a server to run a whole game perfectly when the same server can not currently handle multiplayer matchmaking on a game stored locally on most people’s consoles and PC.

Umm yes via Game Pass Ultimate but I don’t recommend it since the cloud streaming is just bad. It’s ok for stuff like campaign but wouldn’t recommend trying it via the cloud since it’s pretty blurry sometimes.
