It should be passive, the enemy can see it. (Sniper for example.)
Correction: They can see a faint outline, but cannot damage it unless they have a detect troop.
i have played blitz a lot and never seen my units cloaked, i dont know how to make them go cloak

sniper, kodiak with cloak and more, when i use them they never cloak… Never
If units glow your team color, that means they’re cloaked. Do they not glow for you?
They are cloaked upon playing the card. They only become uncloaked after 90 seconds or if your opponent has a detect unit. As the user above me stated, if you can see a bright outline around your unit, then it is cloaked.
Basically to your opponent they are clocked but to you they don’t appear clocked I believe.
