This morning my account was not so synchronized, I was level 1 and without any amor or a rank like the “halo reach for 360 known issue”. During this period you can see every boost packs in the internal store of the game but you can not buy anything because RP are set at 0.

This can sometimes happen if there are Xbox Live issues and some API calls can’t be properly sent or received. A hard reset can sometimes resolve it, otherwise just waiting for the XBL issues to clear.
