So you’re content with the fact that you paid $25 for 3 maps while others will only have to pay $20 due to an error in the marketplace?

MS does not do refunds or compensations. End of that discussion.

Because this isnt 343’s fault its MS.
I don’t think we need compensations for the 11 or so hour delay. I think it would be a nice gesture if those with the War Games Map Pass get the next two map packs a day early. Why should we be rewarded if we’re jealous that others got it for free?
Not fair that people are getting for free what others had to pay for.
It was Microsoft’s own fault, and what’s worse is that they’ve decided to let the people get away with it.

Shouldn’t receive anything other than what you paid for. You didn’t earn anything from all of this. All you had to do is not pay. This whole shebang didn’t effect you at all, therefore deserves no compensation. Perhaps in the future I agree they should be more strict about the fact that you payed more, but for now, no way. Yes, they’ve mad a mistake, so you accept it, they accept it, and they make good on it on a future item, because this one is already FUBAR. - Please don’t hate, this is simply an opinion. Thank you, and I do hope things get sunnier for you OP.

I worked on a ranch for a month to get the money for Halo 4 LE, that’s more than most of you could say.
because of how 343 has treated the loyal halo fans I contacted xbox support today. I am happy to pass on the information the nice lady shared. you can get a full refund for the map pack and season pass, live does this once a year as a sign of good faith with no questions asked. the refund is microsoft points, which are not hard to spend. She also noted that the xbox live support staff was not very happy about 343 and the massive amounts of calls they have been getting since they “sent” people emails and even more today with the DLC launch.

I can’t believe people are complaining about $5. You payed an extra five bucks to get it early. This is no different than someone buying a used care or game for cheaper. Should i get compensation for my motorcycle because someone else got it cheaper? See how stupid that sounds?

Did you even yoinking read the OP? I acknowledged that this was Microsoft’s fault, hence why I directed everyone to their forums.

I myself purchased the Map Pass, however that would have been very nice of her.

We didn’t get it early? We got the maps today, just like you, only to see that we wasted our money because of Microsofts mistakes.
