So, if i get halo 4 ( probably yes), i will try flood playlist. My question is, will i rank up as normal and unlock br/dmr?

Any playlist you play in will net you exp if you stay in and finish the game. Bonus exp will be rewarded if you perform well and do special kills (Assassinations, power weapon kills, head shots, grenade kills etc).

Yup. You rank up in every playlist, just like Reach.
