I claimed it from halos main channel from the split progress between two versions of the charm drop and then a second time from Eli_X and still didnt get the charm. So what ever they did to cause the split progression yanked the charm from people…
Does it show in your Halowaypoint redeem history or not?
Ok, going by your description it seems there’s no way around raising a ticket through Halo Support. Just wanted to make sure it wasn’t one of the other issues (that happened quite frequently).
