Progress starts at 2am for me in the UK. Can we not get rewards on a rebroadcast for other timezones? I probably won’t bother with this one as I’d have to leave my phone on tonight and I’m not too bothered about this charm.
I’d rather watch the tournament on live rebroadcast than YouTube as you can always tell if losers brackets wins series 1 based on length. I try not to look but it only takes a single pause to ruin the ending of the first series and the whole tournament if winners take it.

The Grand Finals lasted like 30-45 mins, so did anyone even get it since you needed an hour?
They extended time to other streamers but that was hit or miss, cause I claimed the drop from the halo channel on attempt one on attempt two on Eli_X twitch channel claimed after 10 mins both claims show on twitch inventory but charm is missing on halo waypoints redemption history got all but the clean sweep charm…
The progress for the charm started at approx 1:30am GMT rather than 2:00pm. Thought it was strange as progress for the other 2 items also started again despite them already being claimed.
At 2:00pm the progress for the charm also started again so it was progressing on two different time lines. Once the first timeline finished, I claimed it but it didn’t show on Halowaypoint despite being confirmed as claimed on Twitch.
Watching the final, the second timeline continued to progress but the games and stream finished earlier than expected so it got to 93%.
I’d all put given up hope but noticed a few messages in chat an hour later saying they’d continued progress for affiliate streamers so was able to complete progression watching Eli for a few minutes. I claimed it for a second time and this then showed on Halowaypoint too (Twitch says I’ve claimed all main items twice).
I also completed this on another GT watching approx half of it on the finals and half watching Eli. This completed and claimed first time of asking.
I claimed twice for the hog skins bumper and charm all but charm are showing so am I sol?
I just let the twitch app open on my phone when I slept and got all the rewards twice for some reason.
I fell asleep while watching it so even though I didn’t plan to get the charm, I still got it ha.
And half that time was just watching replays and commentary because the game crashed halfway through. Glad to see they have fixed that.
I originally decided against going for it because that was the middle of the night in central europe. However I woke up at around 4:30 randomly, so I went to twitch.tv and saw that I had to go to another channel because the main event was already over. So I turned on eli_x and went back to sleep. Claimed it at 6:00.
Worked fine and shows up in-game.
My best guess is that the Twitch Drop System doesn’t quite progress right with channel hopping, especially when it gets transferred to channels not participating originally. If that is the case it might be better if MS in the future just has a highlight reel running on their channels after the main event finishes.
Anyway, you frequently have people ask on stream why stuff isn’t progressing (multiple tabs open, background tabs in the browser going to sleep, etc.). So all in all I place the blame there mostly on the Drop system of Twitch’s platform (unless it shows up as redeemed on waypoint and just missing in game - then it’s definitely a 343 issue).
I had the stream running the entire time and got zero progress towards the weapon charm.

Was that the main Halo account stream too?
Yup. No idea what happened. I got progress on the other stuff. Just not the weapon charm.
That’s a shame, the weapon charm was only for the end of the broadcast but if you watched the whole thing then you should have made some progress.
Yeah. Looking at Twitch, my watched time location is saved as 4:36:39. So even though the stream was open, I guess somehow it failed to register on Twitch’s end.
I know in the past there were issues with the campaigns not running at the same time. So you had to finish the first one before the next one would start tracking. Not sure if that could have been an issue here.
Back with the last Drop (3 gun coatings), they progressed in order. So you got to 100 % and then had to claim the first coating before any progress was being made on the second one. So it’s possible you maxed out the first two items (for the Hog) and didn’t make any progress on the weapons charm because you didn’t claim the first ones. Unfortunately that seems to be by design 
Thats not the problem here, my twitch inventory shows all items as claimed twice but I did not receive the charm.
Do they show up in your redeem history on Halowaypoint? If not, they won’t show up in game.
