I go into classifieds to give it a look and it says something about halo anniversary terminals. It says I have 0 unlocked but I have the achievement in Halo Anniversary for finding all of them. Is there something I have to do to unlock them, like refind them?

There are 11 codes to input on HaloWaypoint after finding the terminals in CEA. The reward was 100,000cR in Reach. There are some videos on YouTube telling you what to input to unlock the cR and the completion of the terminal codes.
