I’m having two problems with the classified part of waypoint(punching in the glyph codes to earn stuff like exp, emblems, etc). The first is that even though I have the two achievements for Spartan Assault(Recruit and Prodigy), when even I input the corresponding codes I am told that I have not unlocked the achievements. For the sake of argument, and I am sure I have the proper codes, and yes I am certain that I unlocked the achievements.
Secondly, I cannot find the proper place on this website to enter in the codes. there is one code that needs to be enter on the waypoint site(as opposed to the waypoint on Xbox), yet I cannot find the location on this site to do so.
It is because according to your service record you haven’t unlocked the achievements on the Windows/Windows Phone versions. For the Xbox 360 version this is the only code that can be redeemed. The only way the entire Archive can be unlocked would be to play both of those versions as well.
The classified portion of Halo Waypoint was removed in the recent website update, no details as yet if it’s going to be returning. The only way to enter classified codes at the moment is via the Xbox 360 app
Hey I had the same problems. I unlocked the achivments on the XBox One and entered the codes on the 360 app.
The description says that i have to unlock the achivment on 360 or One .
And what the hell why is there no Waypoint app for XB1

All the codes can be found here, make sure that you are using the correct one(s).
Recruit, Prodigy and Mjolnir are for the Windows 8/Phone versions of the game. if you have the Xbox 360 or Xbox One version, you’ll want to use the Flying Colors code.

I did it again like u said still not able to unlock 
Hm, your waypoint profile doesn’t sem to be tracking your stats for the game. Can you try loading it up again and playing a mission? Make sure you are connected to xbox live. it should hopefully sync the settings and then allow you to redeem the code
Am I right in saying the page where you redeem the codes is missing? I can’t seem to find it anywhere.
