You don’t need a 7-11 to get anything that has Double XP. Walmart, any gas station really, a lot of places sell the Mountain Dew and Doritos that contain double xp.

What’s the point in reaching SR 130 if you aren’t ever going to play again? That is such a waste of time. You might as well go back to Reach now.
I have never used a Double XP code or even hit the daily credit cap and yet I’m SR101. This isn’t Reach when it comes to leveling up, this game is so easy to rank up in.
