Well, you are linking to leak speculation so I am expecting that to get moderated but, maybe I am mistaken. We shall see.

Forza 5 has cloud based A.I so why wouldn’t halo. They even said that they would take advantage of the could servers

Halo 5 will not be delayed. People are forgetting that it was never explicitly said that the game coming to Xbox One is H5, they said “Halo is coming to the Xbox One.” There is a massive difference.
We were the ones who made the assumption that it’d be a sequel to Halo 4. 343 and Microsoft will have stayed true to their word because we are getting a Halo game in 2014, regardless of the number that happens to be on the end of it.
