> The LASO emblem is for completing the Campaign on Legendary with Every Skull ON.
> Yes all skulls means all skulls, So you will have to use all 13 skulls in order to unlock it.
> That is true, But that was Bungie and actually in Reach it was LAASO meaning Legendary Almost All Skulls ON, or LASO-B. Halo 4 was made by 343 and as such all skulls are now Required.
> Even so Blind is part of the Requirements. The only reason they managed to unlock it without blind is because there was a glitch in the unlock system which wasn’t tracking progress correctly. That issue was brought up with 343 and they have since been working on fixing that error in the unlock system. Which by now should be fixed.
> Yes you can do LASO either solo or coop, but you cannot mix and match. That means if you did the first half solo, you cannot do the second half of it in coop and expect it to work. You must either do it ALL solo or ALL coop
> No, If you do a mission and decide that is all that you want to do at that time it will be ok. You can finish a mission then later start up the next mission anytime you want but you should do them in order to be on the safe side. Though if you start it solo you must finish it solo and vice versa
> Yes, people that got it without doing all missions only were able to do so because of a glitch that was in the unlock system, it should by now be fixed. And wouldn’t you rather have the feeling of accomplishment for doing it the right way?
More questions will be added to This post as they are needed. Feel free to ask a question if your question is not answered above. If your question is good enough I will add it to the FAQ.
Good Luck on obtaining your very own LASO emblem and the 50k exp that you get as well.
Remember peoples of teh Waypoints, always make sure you have the right equipment for the job… You’re going to want the Invis on the second mission [REQUIEM] cause it’s VERY hard to do without it.

Also on Requiem to take things out when you get to the tower you may want to jack a ghost and attempt to kill everything with that(Do hunters from long range on the over hangs) Idio you should remember this it was your idea i was just keeping em busy xD
> Glad that I got mine before the patch or else I would’ve never gotten the emblem.
You should still do LASO so you earned it. The Emblem will be more special to you when you know that you did everything needed to earn it. TBH people that didnt do LASO but still got the emblem just ruin the meaning of it if everyone has it.

> At the top of the FAQ is a imgur link that shows you the code, I also added the LASO emblem to the top of the picture so you can see what it looks like
> Where do you enter the code?
> Hover over Career, Then click Classified, Then click enter code
> What does the emblem look like?
> See the picture that is at the top of the FAQ for the emblem, Skull and cross can be different colors
> All right. Now I’m not planning to cheat, but I’m curious. I really want the emblem to be proof of my skill, not some cheap image.

> So, I must ask, the code won’t unlock the emblem unless you won LASO, right?

> Answer truthfully, I’ll be disappointed if the code works without winning LASO, but I do want to know.
The Glitch may still be glitchy but some people were able to get it without doing LASO the right way. If you want to make sure you truly earned it. Dont even try putting the code in until you have done every level on Legendary with all 13 skulls. Once you have done that you then should put in the code. As stated in the FAQ above you can either do it solo or coop but you cant mix solo and coop
All right. I think it’s been long enough for glitches to be mostly fixed, and I would never want that emblem without earning it properly.
I’m a solo type, so all solo. Definitely. My partners are always either stealing my kills after I weaken them, and/or a huge liability. Thankfully this problem only seems to happen on Campaign, not Spartan Ops.
Also, solo is harder and therefore the full glory of the challenge, but mainly the first reason.
Now, for my training regimen: Attempt Dawn with Mythic, Cowbell, IWHBYD, and Grunt Birthday Party, win, then do it over with another skull added, adding Blind second last and ending with Iron, until Dawn is completed LASO.
Then I’ll just do straight LASO without the “training regimen” for every other level. I just need to get a good understanding of what I will need to be enduring.

The mythic group has some tricks that you may want to check out. Might make it easier for you, I have yet to watch them so idk
I did the training’s first tier today (Those first four skulls), at an arcade since I can’t play it at my house this weekend. Therefore, it didn’t save to XBL and Waypoint, but being a training run, it doesn’t have to.
It was a massive challenge, but nothing too hard. I was amazed at how much punishment the enemies could take. Jackals don’t flinch from the Magnum much, so headshots were difficult. And the Elites…a Warrior took two clips of Needler (Or two Plasma Pistol Overcharges) and survived, had to follow up with a headshot or clip of Assault Rifle to bring it down. (Listed multiple options due to the fact that I had to try each on on account of multiple deaths) The fact that Thunderstorm turns almost all the Elites into Warriors is disturbing, now that I know just how much they can take.
Then I did part of the level with Tilt added to the mix, the second tier. Beating Commanders in the first room was a strategic endeavor then, I had to hide in places and run around like I had never done before, all while trying to finally land two overcharge blasts in succession, which worked after 3-6 deaths.
My death toll is the reason why Iron is the last skull on the schedule.
Still not demoralized a bit. Hopefully that won’t change.
The Mythic thread is and has been pinned on the front page for a while now.
I’ve already gone through on Mythic/LASO and recorded my runs, which you can view here. You should look up RC Master as well; most of his Mythic/LASO runs thus far are all well optimised and pseudo-speedrun style, but he commentates his videos whereas I don’t. He hasn’t done Infinity and Midnight yet though.
As for the enemy tactics, well, watch our vids. You’ll soon see the power of the fist beats out the power of the weapon when it comes to Mythic/LASO.
Whoa, just watched some of Dawn! It’s genius! I would never have thought of standing by the pod door and simply whacking all the enemies in the back, or running around to trick and assassinate the other Elite!
