CLASSIFIED Section 3 Day 1 Code

Okay i ordered this brilliant game months before from the UK retailer GAME, they delivered this to me late henceforth i was unable to play the game on release day (Which frustrated the Hell out of me!) and as far as i can find out to enter the Section 3 Day 1 code you have needed to play on release day.

My question is I find this unfair as it is not my fault and i know not 343’s either, also there is nowhere directly local to me that sells or even rent’s the game. Just curious if anyone else has had this issue and know’s a fix or if i could prove to Waypoint Support somehow by delivery receipt or something.

Any help will be much appreciated.
