Concept art will forever be more valuable than EXP.
For the sake of clicking a few glyphs in the right order, the reward is quite remarkable.

I’m guessing Spartans are only used for scale and the like, they might just drop stock ones in where they need them.
That concept art is pretty cool. Need to find some time to flick through everything we’ve been given so far

less stupid Xp bonus, and more armor rewards (like deadeye or locust or Didact armor) or something because a SR130 like me doesn’t need xp rewards.

Not everyone is SR130 though, there are still quite a few folk, like myself, who are glad of the XP bonuses to bump them up a little. With today’s 40k, I’m just shy of SR70
