Since the previous thread on adding a “classic playlist” was locked, I figure I’ll start my own. Any thoughts on adding a classic option?
PS: MCC is a botched release that 343 will no longer touch, so that option is out the window.
Well now that we have a Halo 2 BR, it can be easily done. I just wonder if they can make a setting in gametypes to disable Spartan Abilities.
I agree KungFuPrincezz said. If they can disable the S.A. and give us H2 BR only, i dont see why its not possible
I really find no point, I men if its added fantastic another gamemode to play. If not, im not going to lose sleep over it

I play halo 3 settings with it on h3 remakes quite a bit.
MCC was a bit of a disappointment. But the classic one was okay

They even let us disable them on custom games too, so a slayer and/or mosh pit with those turned off doesn’t seem too out of reach.

Or we could add a matchmaking option which would mean I wouldn’t have to manually recruit, and it would also help appease some complaints from veterans(maybe,hopefully.)
Yessss add it! I would love to play that. Maybe it would help me to learn the maps better. They should keep clamber in it even if they slow the movment down, because then the map can be used the was it was meant to be played.
I really do not see why this cannot be a thing.
Forge is great in this game and there are already tons of awesome map remakes out there. Custom game settings allow the creation of classic Halo gameplay and we have the H2 BR and HCE pistol coming.
Make it happen 343.

I would assume they are working on it. They have to test the forge maps pretty thoroughly.
Or else people will find exploits.
A thread being locked is not license to remake it.
