Having too many permanent playlists will thin the population of each of them. Thus, we have temporary community/social style playlists to have fun in every now and then for those that don’t want to always stick to the core of the multiplayer content.
With that said, Anniversary isn’t exactly the “Classic Playlist” most of the community is asking for so I can see why this version can be considered a test run for a possible community driven permanent classic list (like we did with Doubles).

If Halo 5 had the largest population of all the halo games, I assure you that thinning the population would not be an issue.
One of the problems with halo 5’s playlists is none of them take risks, and the ones that do don’t stay for very long.
Also I’m not a fan of the whole temporary playlist thing, it sucks for those who miss out on them.

Quite honestly, I’m grateful for it not being a permanent, it’s just more along the lines, I’d like more game variants to play, ya know?
And really, it isn’t the classic playlist the community asks for, and that’s not to bash 343 or anything, but it’s really it feels like we got betrayed a bit on it.
But since we have a unofficial poll on it, I’d take super fiesta over this classic one any day. Fiesta is a blast!

That’s one of the main things I don’t like about the temporary deal, given it’s more of a personal issue for me, but it is for just about everyone. I’m married now, and I literally don’t get to spend that much time playing games, it’s quite a change. Like, if they were available for like 2-3 weeks at a time, I’m sure everyone would really appreciate it.

I don’t like the new btb on some maps it feels like things are unusually too large and are out of place. Where as some got better with a bit more room.
I think some maps have balance issues with certain weapons and vehicles like having a sniper on a map with not enough cover or too many heavy vehicles on a map that once controlled you’re spawn trapped.

I really hate the designs on the new maps, too small. It’s like a more hectic non enjoyable arena game with more players.
