I was attempting to purchase the Classic Helmet REQ Pack, and everything went smoothly until I got to the ‘select payment’ option. After selecting my payment, it was denied and it said that it could not purchase it at this time. After over a week, I have repeatedly attempted to buy this, but ended up with the same results. I had $15, when the pack was only $10. I was paying off of a Microsoft Account balance. I want to get this limited edition pack before it is too late, any help?

If you are having trouble with one of your Xbox payment options, try another payment option. If that doesn’t work, you should go to Xbox Support; this issue sounds like a problem with confirming payment via Xbox Store, not a problem with Halo 5.
