On YouTube people are showing repurchases giving HCS weapon skins. I just sold my stuff to get the repurchases and it didn’t give any weapon skins. It took me 2-3 days to sell enough stuff 
Receiving HCS skins in the Classic Helment pack was a glitch that has since been fixed.
There’s a couple threads on Classic helmet packs out there already.
