Doesn’t have much to do with this topic… But standard armor? Do you not get enough from REQ packs. And what more controller choices are you looking for? I can’t really think of many more.
A buddy mentioned this post elsewhere. Having seen some of the remakes, this could be an awesome idea. An unranked grab bag playlist of strictly classic maps could be a blast.

We don’t have a choice. They aren’t going to make classic-orientated maps from scratch.
Besides, Forge is actually pretty good this time around, and the argument isn’t that we don’t want Forge maps, but rather we don’t want the game to be exclusively Forge Maps.
So much Forge talent around here. I’m lucky to make a straight wall! The Pit, just WOWZERS is all I can say and the Lockout looks very promising as well.Both exceed my expectations. Keep up the excellent quality. I would very much enjoy seeing these two maps in a classic Halo playlist some day.
