We have absolutely no information from 343 besides they will be coming back at some point in the future.

You can still buy the pack in the Xbox store if you really want it.

Don’t know, hopefully eventually for the people that weren’t able to grind for those req points. I was lucky enough to get it.
Why didn’t they just add the helmet to the req pool or make it an exclusive packs that cost 100,000 req points or something. Making it where u have to buy it now is kind of a chicken -Yoink- move imo

The other day, my in-game REQ store was showing some Optic, Liquid, etc REQ packs, as well as the classic helmet REQ pack.
They were up for a bit, and then taken back down. The only reason this would happen would be if 343 was “testing” things out to make sure the packs would properly populate and transact correctly.
The classic helmet REQ pack was at 100,000 RP

Thank you! Now I can rest knowing that it is coming back in the future. One question is what form will it return in? Will the helmets come in the pack again for the same price of req points or will it be added to the req pool?

I believe they will eventually be added to the req pool. My guess is with the next DLC, whenever that will be.
Questions for our reliable sources;
Will there be any release of an armor set that has a robotic appendage? Like a throwback to Noble team.
Also, do you forsee any mix and match options within armor sets coming? I do know it isn’t as simple as “just do it” but new buttons and options in menus would need to be added. Meaning a major interface update.
With all this being brought up, would a weapon skin specific req pack be an idea?
In the armor topic though, can we have an option to change the color of the white accents on some armor sets? I bring this up because alot of times I can spot someone from a distance just because of a little white and also vice-versa. AND I have a suggestion, instead of the armor effects like a flaming head or pestilence, which I’ve seen alot of flak on either side, could we get something like Chrome, or matte, or candy paint finishes? At least with this it would be a choice if you want to have flashy armor or not.
You may not be able to answer all of these questions or any, but I’m just throwing a line in the water metaphorically speaking, and trying to get these ideas to 343i, and have them considered or enacted.

I feel like there is DEFINITELY a req pack update coming which may be why they’re acting up sometimes. Speaking of has anyone been shorted a few packs? And do you think we will get the ones we have earned in the future or have they been glassed?
If you go to the xbox store you can still get it for 10 bucks. I just purchased mine like 30 seconds ago.
